Will Rosenthal has worked in architecture, community development and real estate development for 10 years and most recently studied real estate finance and urban policy at Harvard University’s Graduate School of Design. Will’s work focuses on community development’s role in achieving civic goals in affordable housing, public space activation, engagement and environmental resilience. Previously, Will taught at Tulane University and practiced architecture in New Orleans, where he facilitated community-led design projects empowering neighborhood communities to create new parks, affordable housing facilities, community gardens and artist housing. Will now lives in Nashville’s Edgehill neighborhood, where he’s working on neighborhood-scale real estate development projects. He is a member of the Urban Land Institute.
